In order to encourage a new generation of composers for brass, Mardi Brass will soon be running a Young Composers' Competition, at a venue to be confirmed.

 

We will be inviting submissions of brass quintet scores with a maximum of 10 minutes of music. Pieces will be shortlisted and a day of workshops will be held where these pieces will be played through and discussed.
