Mardi Brass has educational programmes designed to cater for all ages and levels of ability, ranging from the widely acclaimed children's show, Jurassic to Jazz, to university masterclasses and lecture recitals. All of Mardi Brass's educational projects are designed to be entertaining and interactive.

 

The group is currently planning a collaboration with young composers and youth dance groups, entitled Dancing Brass and will soon be running a Young Composers Competition.

 

Lecture Recitals can cover any number of topics, including: the Life of a Professional Musician; Historical Performance on Brass Instruments; Operating a Professional Chamber Ensemble and 'The Other Side' - playing Jazz, Funk and Rock on the Tuba.
